Video games don't really get along with other forms of media.
If someone takes a great movie, television show or book series and turns it into a game, it usually sucks. It is one of life's little mysteries.

When I was growing up, playing video games was great. It never mattered to me if they were good or bad, they were just there to have fun with. I was blissfully unaware of the concept that video games could be incredibly awesome or frustratingly hideous. As I grew older, I learned of these ways.
